The 5-mile long, 10-foot wide trail begins near Old American Golf Club and includes amenities such as a trailhead with parking, restrooms, benches, picnic tables and trash/recycle receptacles. The trail materials and route were carefully selected to minimize the impact on the surrounding natural environment. Large tree stands have been protected and a wildlife habitat area is designated to maintain the area’s native flora and fauna.
